How the nail making machine works Each small nail is made by the coiled iron wire with the same diameter as the nail shank through the circular motion of the nail making machine, such as straightening→stamping→wire feeding→ clamping→ shearing→ stamping. Every step in this process is very important. The punching motion on the nail making machine is driven by the rotating motion of the main shaft (eccentric shaft) to drive the connecting rod and the punch to form a reciprocating motion, thereby implementing the punching motion. The clamping movement is repeated pressure on the clamping rod by the auxiliary shaft (also the eccentric shaft) on both sides and the rotation of the cam, so that the clamping rod swings left and right, and the movable nail-making mold is clamped and loosened to complete a cycle of wire clamping sports. When the auxiliary shaft rotates, it drives the small connecting rods on both sides to rotate to make the tire boxes on both sides reciprocate, and the cutter fixed in the tire box realizes the shearing motion. The nail-making wire is plastically deformed or separated by punching the punch, clamping the mold, and shearing the cutter, so as to obtain the required shape of the nail cap, nail point and size of the nail. Stamping nails have stable quality, high production efficiency, and easy operation, which realizes the automation and mechanization of the nail making machine and greatly reduces the production cost of nails. Therefore, the precision and structure of the main shaft, auxiliary shaft, punch, mold and tool directly affect the forming and precision of the nail.
