The principle of Automatic coil nail making machine

1. Weld the metal sheet into a straight line, and then clamp the coil nails with a clamp. When welding, first select the appropriate welding torch according to the thickness of the steel plate, and then weld the coiled nails to meet the design requirements.
In general, we recommend welding with an argon arc welding torch. The coil is then placed in a heating furnace to heat it so that it melts and adheres to the sheet metal so that the desired weld can be obtained.
2. Fix the plate on the workbench with a fixing plate, and clamp the steel plate or other workpieces with a clamp. When welding, attention should be paid to positioning the workpiece as required so that it is parallel or perpendicular to the contact surface of the fixture, and a certain gap is formed between the workpiece and the fixed plate of the worktable.
3. Select the corresponding welding torch for welding according to the different diameters of the coil nails. First put the welding head on the fixture and fix it, then turn on the power switch of the welding torch and the switch of the air pump, and the welding torch starts to work. When welding, welders should pay attention to maintaining a stable welding quality. Pump the gas in the welding torch to the nozzle of the welding torch according to a certain flow rate, and then point the nozzle at the part to be welded on the workpiece for welding.
4. Use suitable pressure to fix the coil nail on the nail coiler. Then adjust the pressure switch to make the coil nails generate corresponding tension, so that the welding process of several coil nails on one line can be completed. It should be noted that good welding quality needs to be maintained throughout the welding process.
