Matters needing attention
1. Before working, check whether all parts are normal and whether there is any looseness.
2. Check the power switch, the button of the electric control cabinet, and each oil port of the hydraulic system for oil leakage, whether there is air leakage at the oil pipe joint, and whether there is electric leakage in the line.
3. Check the lubrication and working conditions of each component.
4. Check whether the oil level in the hydraulic oil tank reaches the specified height, and the oil level indication meets the requirements.
5. Check whether the oil in the fuel tank needs to be replaced or replenished.
6. During the operation of the cold pier machine, do not touch the moving parts with your hands.
7. After stopping the machine, drain the oil in the fuel tank and clean up the residual oil in the fuel tank.
Troubleshooting
1. The hydraulic system failure of the cold pier machine:
(1) Internal leakage failure of the oil cylinder. Open the oil drain valve, discharge the residual air inside, and re-adjust the balance.
(2) When working, the oil cylinder leaks internally due to excessive pressure in the hydraulic system. Adjust the valve port pressure to synchronize with the cylinder.
(3) When working, the oil cylinder leaks internally, and the opening of the balance valve can be adjusted appropriately.
(4) The hydraulic system pressure is too high, which may be caused by pipeline blockage.
Working environment
1. When working in an open-air environment, a protective cover must be installed for the machine to prevent dust and rainwater from entering the machine.
2. When used at the construction site, it must be kept away from fire sources.
3. It is not allowed to use the cold pier machine in a hot and humid environment. If you want to use it, you must first drain the water in the cold pier machine, and then drain the oil. Otherwise, the temperature will affect the viscosity of the oil, causing pipeline blockage and oil leakage.
4. In order to make the cold pier machine work smoothly, please keep the mechanical surface clean and tidy. If you find that the machine is oily, please wipe it clean with detergent before using it. If there is dust or other impurities on the surface, use compressed air to blow off the debris and clean the machinery immediately
