When producing nails, nails sometimes inevitably have some problems. The following are some common problems and solutions of nails
First, there is no nail cap: this is a common failure, most of which is the reason why the clamp is not tight, you only need to replace the clamp; Another possibility is that the nail wire reserved for the nail cap is too short, adjust the length of the reserved nail wire.
Second, the nail cap is not round: this fault is usually a problem on the fixture, first observe whether the countersunk hole on the fixture is round, if not round need to be re-drilled; It is also necessary to observe whether the clamping die hole is uneven and adjust it to ensure smooth. There is also a possibility of nail problems, or the nail wire reserved for the nail cap is too short, adjust the length of the reserved nail wire; Either the nail wire is too hard to flush out the nail cap or the nail cap is unqualified, and the nail wire needs to be annealed.
Third, the thickness of the nail cap: it is also necessary to check the fixture to see whether the height of the two pairs of fixtures is the same, but also to see whether the fixture can clamp the nail wire, and then to observe whether the countersunk hole of the fixture has serious wear on one side, and finally to observe whether the nail wire is too hard to lead to the unqualified nail cap.
Fourth, the nail cap is crooked: First of all, see whether the center of the two nail knives is consistent with the center of the nail mold, whether the height of the nail knife is neat, and see whether the sink hole position of the two nail molds is in the same plane, and finally check whether the mold shell is loose.
