3. When a failure occurs, it should be repaired or replaced in time;
4. Pay attention to safety during operation, and do not let hands and other parts of the body work under high pressure;
5. Operators must strictly abide by the safety operating procedures;
6. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble the parts of the nail curler without authorization, let alone repair or disassemble it randomly.
7. It is strictly forbidden to use non-special tools or sharp metal objects to turn the gun head of the nail gun. In case of failure, the maintenance personnel should be notified in time to deal with it.
8. After using the coil nailer every time, soak the gun nozzle in kerosene, and then dry it with a soft cloth to keep the gun nozzle clean. Wrap it with oilcloth or cotton fabric in time after use. If damaged, replace it in time.
Check before use
1. Check whether the pressure of the coil nailer is within the safe range. If the pressure is too high, it is easy to cause personal injury;
3. Check whether there is any looseness in each part of the coil nail gun. If any looseness is found, it needs to be tightened in time;
5. Check whether the nozzle of the nail coiler is deformed or broken;
6. Check whether there is any corrosion in each part of the nail roll gun. If corrosion is found, it needs to be dealt with in time or replaced with new parts;

1. If the coil nail gun has been used for more than two years, it must be replaced with a new one.
2. If it is found that the coil nailer cannot be used normally, it must be replaced with a new coil nailer
