Precautions for use of automatic coil nail making machine

1. Check whether the power supply voltage is the same as the input voltage of the equipment to prevent the risk of electric shock.

2. Check whether each movement mechanism is flexible. If there is any abnormality, it should be repaired or replaced in time.

3. Check whether the buttons and limit switches are normal, and if any fault is found, it should be dealt with in time.

5. Check whether the hydraulic oil level is within the specified range.

6. Check all pipes and valves for leakage.

7. Check whether the insulation resistance of each electrical control circuit is within the specified range. If it does not meet the requirements, it should be repaired or replaced in time.

8. Check whether the oil in each working cylinder, hydraulic station and oil tank is normal.

9. Check whether there is air in the equipment and piping, and if so, remove or replace it in time.

10. It is strictly forbidden to open the fuel tank switch and the cover of the hydraulic station during the operation of the equipment.

11. When shutting down, you must first turn off the power of each hydraulic station, then turn off the main power switch, and put all manual switches in the “ON” position. When all the equipment stops running, all manual switches can be placed in the “OFF” position and the main power supply can be cut off.
