1. Keep the appearance of the machine tidy, clean, no yellow robe, oil dirt, rust. Keep machine parts and main accessories intact and clean.
2. Keep the machine working area and foot pedals clean and tidy. Keep the guide rail surface and sliding surface clean and lubricated; Check each guide rail surface, work surface and sliding surface for damage
3. Keep the oil quantity of each part of the lubrication system sufficient, the oil circuit unblocked, the oil label (window) eye-catching, and the lubricating equipment clean and complete. Check the oil storage parts, lubrication parts and pipelines (including cooling system pipelines) for leakage.
4. Keep electrical appliances, limits and interlocking devices safe and reliable.
5. Timely maintenance of equipment according to regulations, and make records. Fill in the station time record on time every month.
6. Do not modify the equipment (including accessories) without permission.
7. Before work, check whether the rotating parts of the machine tool are normal, whether the protective device is complete, whether the working face has much residue, and refuel the lubricating parts. Ensure that no problem exists before operation.
8. The thread roller must be installed securely, the adjustment and replacement of the roller must be stopped, and the machine tool must not be run by hand into the bed surface to adjust the crop or touch the machine tool.
9. When the knife is used, it is not allowed to loosen the screws of each part, and the nut can be tightened after adjustment.
10. The operator’s energy must be concentrated, and the hand must leave the running part of the rolling wire to prevent hand pressure.
