1, when installing large Thread rolling machine wire roller, should be wiped clean at the root of the roller bar. When loading and unloading the wire roller, first remove the wheel rod support seat respectively, install the wire roller on the wheel rod, and adjust the wire roller to the desired axial position with the adjustment washer. The end faces of the two wire rollers should be adjusted to the horizontal plane as far as possible. The bearings of the wire roller and the support block are combined with washers to prevent axial movement of the wire roller.

2Support block is mounted on the support seat, and the top of the large wire roller is welded with carbide. Loosen the fastening bolts of the support block, add or subtract shims at the bottom of the support block to adjust the height of the support block, and then tighten the bolts. The height of the support block plays an important role in the rolling compression process.

3, the width of the support block should be subject to the rolling wheel will not collide with the support block. For workpieces with diameters below M10, the width should be close to the allowable width. For workpieces with diameters above M10, the large Thread rolling machine allows the width of the top of the support block to be larger, but it does not have to exceed 18mm.
